Learn about the Chile en Nogada!
In this adventure we’ll visit the 20th region of Puebla; a zone conformed, among others, by Huejotzingo and Calpan to get to know the full process of the elaboration of the Chiles en Nogada. We’ll visit the parcels, meaning the farmlands in which the ingredients that a chile en nogada must have are grown, like de chiles poblanos, pomegranates etc…
After adventuring into the fields, we’ll return to taste this delicious dish, with one of the families that has been preparing this delicacy for the longest time.
This is an experience full of flavor and culture that invites us to discover the value of our land.

- Transfer Puebla-Huejotzingo – Calpan-Puebla, leaving from Puebla
- Food (rice or spaghetti, the chile en nogada from approximately 300 grams and salty bread)
